We do the harvest as they once did! 🍇 We are in the square in Dolcè, take a path that, passing through the woods of the Valdadige, leads us in half an hour to the Albino Armani winery. Here we will find Domenico, a great connoisseur and lover of vineyards, waiting for us who will explain the curiosities about the place where we are and will give us instructions on how to harvest. 🚜 Scissors in hand and let’s start cutting the bunches! Who will be able to take more? With the tractor we will then take our harvest near the vat, where we will make the magic happen. What fun, definitely a unique feeling! What will come out is the “must”, unfiltered grape juice. Chemistry teaches that if left to ferment by yeasts, the sugars of the grapes inside will turn into alcohol: this is the birth of wine, but that’s another story. After the activity, walking for a quarter of an hour we will arrive in the center of Dolcè, in the Alpine hut. Brace yourselves, a dinner of wild boar and wine awaits us! 🐗🍷 The cost of the experience is € 20 per person for the harvest and pressing.
