{LA VAL} In recent months we have often spoken to you about Valdadige; to the most obscure area of the crossroads of the Brenner motorway, a gorge of forgotten stories and villages, but in reality inhabited, alive and powerful. The time has finally come to tell and highlight these incredible places in true Salmon style: listening to the residents, carefully taking note of the favorite baker or the bar with the sublime coffee and summarizing it all in a new and sparkling Salmon guide.
